We moved into our new home last August. Laurie and I wish to tell you what an excellent new-home construction experience it was. This is the fourth time we have built our home and this time was by far the best experience. The quality of our home is first-rate, which reflects your never-ending commitment to customer satisfaction. You were attentive and incredibly responsive throughout both the planning and building phases of the project. Your selection of sub-contractors was superb. I worked closely with most of the craftsmen and was continually impressed by how much they wanted to do fine quality work. It was clear to me they cared about making sure Laurie and I were pleased with their piece of the project. You were also very effective in suggesting ideas for changing and improving that. Many of the special features in our home are the result of these most helpful and creative suggestions. Last, and certainly not least, is your post-move in follow up. The truth of the matter is that there were only a few minor punch list items, which is especially amazing considering that we put deadline pressure on you to get us in on time which you did.
