Our dealings with C.J. Jones Construction marked our second adventure in custom home construction but of the two experiences there was no comparison, the Jones experience was simply superior both in quality of craftsmanship and the level of personal attention. We found ourselves dealing with an experienced team who attracted talented subcontractors to their projects and had been in the business long enough to know which would best serve the needs of the customer and the project. As we developed our plans the Jones’ were able to show us a wide range home styles they had constructed indicative of both their breadth of experience and level of customer satisfaction.
Particularly impressive was their insistence that we take the time to ensure that all, builder and customer, had a common understanding what the final home would look like. They encouraged a free exchange of ideas, never diminishing our enthusiasm for the project but offering sound professional advice that prevented unnecessary expense and those irritating construction errors so often regretted after move in. Innovative and well versed in the latest construction techniques they offered suggestions that we incorporated in our plans that have added significantly to our enjoyment of our new home. We found them accessible, patient and knowledgeable about the project. Although we were on of many projects at the time they left us feeling that ours was their only concern and the most important. They make the construction of your home a partnership and clearly take us much personal pride in the completion as we did. Their pride of construction adds a lot to the quality you find in a Jones’ built home.
