Back in the summer of 2002 when we committed to a lot in Cypress Creek, the developer introduced us to you and after the first meeting, we felt very comfortable with how you responded to what we thought we wanted. As we met with various suppliers, some of which were on your suggested list, we heard very positive comments regarding your quality of work as well as your professionalism and integrity as a person and as a builder.
Our house is definitely a custom home and not a pre-drawn mail order plan. We tried to do things that we wanted rather than a typical of some other concept. You were willing to work with us and helped make suggestions regarding many of our requests so we would understand the effects of what we wanted from the construction side.
We feel lucky to have been introduced to you and we seek your help on any projects in the future. When we hear so many problems that other contractors have left their home owners, we are so proud of the work that you and your subcontractors have done for us and we look forward to enjoying our home for years to come.
We again say thank you and we appreciate having you as our builder. You are a good business person, a quality builder who is concerned about results and customer relations rather than just your bottom line and you have become a friend.
