Dear John and Christy,
Upon the first anniversary living in the house you built for us, we would like to say “Thank You.” Over this past year, Cypress Creek residents have lived through a hurricane, heat spells, high winds and winter ice and snow storms. I am pleased to say, in spite of the extreme conditions we have experienced; our home has remained safe and comfortable with no damage sustained. This was a direct result of the talent, craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed by you and the subcontractors you hired to build the house.
When we first came to you with copies of the house plans and discussed possible options and modifications, you took us around to several of the homes in the area with similar construction to point out many of the unique features we discussed and outlined different approaches we could consider. We very much appreciated your counsel and flexibility prior to and during the construction making suggestions we would not have otherwise considered. You were true to your word you would be available to us night or day if there were questions or any matters that needed to be reviewed; we did not expect your calls during the Christmas holiday updating us on the status of the ongoing work.
There are a tremendous amount of decisions that need to be made during construction by the perspective homeowner. The list you provided us with companies to consider, specific service representatives, phone numbers and a timeline of when the decisions had to be completed during the construction made the experience rewarding and pleasant.
You have made our plans a reality. We look forward to years of enjoyment in our new home. You have not only been our builder, but good friends and neighbor.
